Repetitive registration

Since I moved my license on the new machine, every time I want to start Vegas, I get asked to enter serial number again.
Despite in my customer account the correct computer is present.

I cannot find any Magix customer support. There seems to be none. when I enter my account with Magix I get to the community and endless dialogues that do not lead anywhere usefull.

Any ideas here?

Had to uninstall and then manually delete the "installation.ini" file in C:\ProgramData\VEGAS\VEGAS_Pro_16. Then reinstall...works.
