It could be how v8 works where it defaults to that size. What are the preview window settings?

OK I hold down the CRL+SHIFT key as I start Movie Studio.

So this set everything back to Defaults.

Now under the Preview Window it says Project Size 720x480 this is ok.

Right under it it says Preview Size 360x240 and this meens this is what the Black Screen will Display my 720x480 video as for me to see it I get this.

But to the Right of the Preview Size it says Display 327x240 I do not get this.

The Preview Size says 360x240 but to the right of this it says Display 327x240 what are these 2 things telling me?

See in your online Help (F1) > Index > Video Preview > Video Preview Window >
Adjust the preview quality and resolution.

OK I see if you use the Dropdown Box about the Black Screen you can pick a lot of Display settings.

So I pick Preview Good and it sets it to 360x240 and this is good for me.

So at the bottom LEFT side of my Black Screen it says Preview 360x240 then to RIGHT of this it says Display 327x240.

And I can not find what this is it is giving me??
I looked in help.the

Quoting from the earlier Help item:

As MSmart suggested some time ago and implied here, "experiment" with your preview window settings.
Read also here and here.
