RX 8 plugin not authorising

So I did the Vegas Post 18 (which came with Sound Forge 14) and get the upgrade for free,to Vegas Post 19

When the upgrade arrived it came with Sound Forge 15 and all the Izotope 8 features, but when I go to use the Izotope 8 plugin it wants a serial number, and of course the old number does not work. I have tried everything but no luck with it. Of course trying to get a response from Magix is like trying to get blood out of a stone.

The email from Magix gave me a serial code for Soundforge 15, but no code for iZotope 8 plugin.

What to do, what to do............

The third-party audio plug-ins that are normally included with Sound Forge Pro (when purchased singularly) are not included in the Vegas Pro w/Sound Forge deal.

With Vegas Pro 19 and Vegas Post, the lite version of SF (Audio Studio) has replaced more expensive Sound Forge Pro. I do not know if the third-party (SF) audio plug-ins are included. It is not clearly stated (as before). Contact Magix sales for a definitive answer.

Vegas Pro 18 does not include the iZ Elements activation serials. dispute what the image states, which a general ad for SF Pro which (as I stated) includes the plug-in when purchased by itself. This issue has been discussed prior here and in the SF forum. I have discussed the issue with my (non-managment) Magix contacts, but unfortunately it is the way it is and I think it sucks. Contact Magix sales again and state your grievance.

It's not a general Sound Forge Pro ad, but from Vegas Pro website! Stating very clear that iZotope RX8 elements are included.

Misleading and false marketing is not OK!

Contact Magix sales again and state your grievance.
