I would like to know where to ask sales a question. I wrote a letter, but no reply to date, although I thought that if there was a promotion, I would upgrade from Vegas Pro to Post. But there is nowhere to do it, and I can't even phone (I live in another country).
So is it possible to upgrade to a larger pack within a given version?

But if you want to upgrade from VPro 19 (or earlier) to VPost 20, do a "test drive" in the Online Shop at the product pages to see if your serial number is valid.

@vkmast I already have the Vegas 20 version, I would have upgraded to a larger package as part of the promotion, but there is no such option on the website.
