Hi All, I was hoping to join existing thread I was reading. I too have been having issues with VP19 crashing on startup. It kept crashing on startup. I tried as administrator etc no luck. I disconnected from the internet and managed to open the program but then was unable to add any media to a new project nor was I able to open existing projects that were accessible. I also tried to import media and add them that way to no avail.

When I tried connecting tot he internet and startup - it again crashed. I have long had issues with updates not working which is why I have not upgraded since 19. I have used various version of the the product since the Sony days.
