Screen capture writing zero bit files, gives 0xc10100be error

when trying to open. If your getting the black screen in the video section of Screen Capture, look in your capture folder, you are probably getting a zero bit video file. Tried to load one and got "This file isn't playable. That might be because the file type is unsupported, the file extension is incorrect, or the file is corrupt. Got this error number:  0xc10100be error

See if you are getting the zero bite files and try and open them. The more info we can give tech support the quicker they can fix it.

Looking a file properties it's an MP4, zero bites. Tried to upload one the last post. Here is a link to download

Same thing on Laptop. Marco, please delete the link if you don't need it or download the file. I will delete the file in a couple of days.

Yes, it's totally empty. Do that folder having write permission? Maybe a dumb question of mine, if not probably there would be no MP4 file at all.

Yes it is read and write. Have tried both as admin and user. That this is happening on two very different type of computers and W10 home and PRO as well as other users here is a good indication of "bugs in the flour":)

Is this thread of any help? I used to get the 0xc10100be errors before I created a folder to save in C:\Users\username\Captures\

No. I moved the capture file to see of that was the problem. It must relate to the black capture screen in the video area of screen capture. Thanks for the suggestion.
