Please note that this is a user-to-user forum and nobody on the forum is able to retrieve your serial number or to issue a new serial number. However, its easy to get your existing serial number simply by going to your MAGIX My Account where you'll find the serial number under My Products. To access your MAGIX My Account, you'll need the email address and password that you originally used to register Vegas Movie Studio Platinum 16 at the time that you purchased/activated it.

It's always a good idea to keep a database of the email addresses, passwords and serial numbers of all your online subscriptions/purchases even if kept in a book rather than as a document on your computer or on the cloud.
