Since this isn't a technological problem insomuch as it is a registration issue, my recommendation would be to contact Magix support directly. This forum is great for asking about problems with Vegas software itself, but an issue relating to serial numbers would likely be solved more quickly and efficiently by a Magix employee. 😉

Or are you trying to download from here https://www.magix.com/us/support/my-service-center/product-downloads/

If you just need to download and install VP-15, the installation manager can be downloaded here:
https://dl03.vegascreativesoftware.com/vegaspro15_dlm.exe
You will still need your serial code to activate it after installation. If your VP-15 serial will not activate it, confirm the serial.. and the email address you used when you initially registered and activated it.
Otherwise contact Vegas support as was previously stated.
