Serial number not included with physical copy of Vegas Pro 20

I received a CD copy of Vegas Pro 20 in the mail and cannot register or do anything without the serial number. It came in a sleeve in a shipping box but not in a Vegas Pro 20 box. I cannot for the life of my find the P3 serial number. Anyone else have this problem? It did install on my new 2022 computer with windows 11.

Presumably you purchased it from Magix in which case go to your Magix Account https://www.magix.com/us/support/my-service-center/

Go to My Products and hopefully you will find VP20 there along with your serial number.

Please check that your software license was purchased from a reliable source, i.e. the MAGIX Online Shop at the product pages as presumed by @EricLNZ above.

The shipping box raises some doubts though.
