I had a major update of Windows on Friday and now when I try to open Vegas Pro 18, I get a prompt for me to enter my serial code and email address. When I do that I get an error message saying that "the serial number you entered is invalid or may apply to another product" along with error code: -14. I am confident that my serial number and email address are correct, but I cannot open the program. I purchased Vegas Pro 18 through a reliable vendor and should be able to use it regularly. Please help.
