Silly question. I have put a short video together (video, photos, sound track) just like I want it, and then I decided to add a new clip at the very beginning. So the question is, how does one insert a new clip at time zero in the timeline without manually moving all the other media (and possibly messing up the timing)? I am sure there is a simple answer, but have not stumbled across it yet.

Make sure auto-ripple is turned on for all tracks and markers. Move the cursor to the beginning, on the track where you want the clip. Add the clip to that spot in whatever way you prefer. Everything else already on the timeline gets moved to the right by the length of the inserted clip.
