Since a week new Nvidia Studio drivers

Since one week now I use on laptop and desktop the new Studio Drivers of Nvidia version 430,86 for my NVidia 1050 GPU's. They work in all circomstances till now perfect and better than sometimes the new Game or Creatordrivers since the 391,.... and up series

We work closely with NVidia as we continue to improve our hardware support. They have recommended that users of VEGAS should be using these Studio drivers. We are still in the process or testing them out before officially making any recommendations, but we like to hear feedback from anyone who has been using them.

@j-v your signature refers to Nvidia 1050 GPUs, not 1080.

Sorry typo I 'll correct it.
Thanks @vkmast 👍

NB. In august for the desktop a new one will show up: 1660 Ti which I compared to the 20.. series, for me no advantages with the newer one except the price.

No issues really since they were introduced, just an aside, not related i’m sure, I accidentally pressed the space bar today while rendering and VP bombed out, must remember not to do that again🤣

I tried this also and saw the same, but only when I hit that bar within the say first 10 secs with a full open Vegas Window.

I just installed the studio drivers on my RTX2080ti, and keep you posted if I have issues. I had the creator drivers before that, and had never issues with them nor in Vegas (Vegas never crashed with them), nor in games. I presume the studio drivers are just a new name for the creator drivers?

Rendering speed with "red car" is still the same. Good to hear Vegas is involved with NVIDEA on this studio drivers, as Vegas is not in their superior APP performance list yet on the NVIDEA website.

Weird all right.

VP never ceases to amaze me. On another side note, i’m probably a slow learner, but I discovered something today that really impressed me. Maybe because I rarely use track motion I hadn’t noticed it before. When I applied some changes in track motion to the aspect ratio, VP creates a tiny gap between the Video and Audio tracks, then inserts the keyframes here also, as well as in track motion, with a hover over time display. The keyframes can be modified/deleted here as well as in track motion.

The big benefit is that if you accidentally create keyframes somewhere along the video event, when you really only meant to create it at the start, then its a very nice visible reminder.

Yess, and if you click that button in the trackheader the bar becomes bigger and show now also the other options of Trackmotion

So the question now is to know if you are doing the same with AMD ? Are you working closely with AMD to improve your hardware support and if yes do you have actually any drivers recommandations ?
