MS13 is old now. Whoever you received it from should have given you the serial number.

So I bought the box off of amazon. I have keys to 6 different things but none begin with 1sz The one i have is movie studio 13 platinum serial number.

Yes. Thanks for you help I have gotten it fixed. For some reason my pc bugged out and I had to restart it then re-insert the disc to get the platinum version I needed.

Here a couple of years later with the same issue. Serial number starts with 1ST - error message states the SN should start with 1SZ and doesn't recognize the SN that came with the software. Any ideas?
