There is no Vegas Movie Studio Platinum 18. It is Magix Movie Studio Platinum 18 which is Magix Movie Edit Pro (previous version) renamed with the ability to partly import Vegas Movie Studio vf files.
As for the differences between them and which is "best" depends upon the user and their requirements. MSP18, being MEP, is basically a junior version of Video Pro X. Search this forum and the Magix Community forum https://www.magix.info/us/news-forum/ for any posts on comparisons.
All are available as 30 day trial downloads so you can have a look at each for yourself and decide which for you "is the best and most complete".
Users on this forum are Vegas users and very few will have any experience of Magix Video Pro X or Magix Movie Studio Platinum 18 in order to give you a meaningful comparison.

Just to compare.... which one is the most complete and features؟
They are different. Magix VPX13 and Magix Movie Studio, which is really just a recent version of Movie Edit Pro, have more "features" than Vegas depending on what you think are features, but Vegas has more high-end import and export possibilities, better compositing and masking, scripting, amongst other things that are considered as real Pro level tools. Vegas is for the professional, VPX for the high-level enthusiast, Movie Studio/Movie Edit Pro for the consumer.
There is no comparison chart. You have to look at the details of each and try them out. As Eric indicated, Magix Movie Studio is not in the same category as Vegas Pro and Video Pro X, so just try these two unless you want an excellent consumer program. If you are not a previous Vegas Movie Studio user, then you should not even consider Magix Movie Studio 18, but instead Magix Movie Edit Pro Plus or Premium. Note that you will not get all of the features listed below in the trial version. If you are a Vegas Movie Studio user, then you may want to stay with the same look and feel by upgrading to Vegas Pro.
For me, features in Video Pro X include multi-movie/multi-timeline projects, more templates for titles, including 3D Maker titles, more transitions, Movie & Editing Templates, Intros & Outros, wizards for SlideShow Maker that includes music, Soundtrack Maker, and Travel Maps, BPM Wizard and more. This is not all of what is in VPX, just some of the differences, as most editing capabilities of Vegas are also in VPX, just done differently.
Like I said, it depends on what you consider as "features" and what your needs are.
Edit: I just saw your links to Softpedia and I would not even bother reading them as they refer to Sony Vegas...which has not been around for several years. If they don't know this, then their reviews are false.
Look at the details and videos of the products on the Magix.com site & Vegascreativesoftware.com.

After all, it's you that will be using the software and you should always try before you buy anyway to check compatibility with your system and to avoid disappointment in case you dislike any features or restrictions.
