Software installation and registration vegas pro 16

Hello, I have Windows 10 and I installed Vegas pro 16 but every time I open vegas the window regstration with the serial number appears again and wants to connect to the internet

p.s

The software had been on the computer before, but due to a failure ( error 59 ) i uninstall and reinstall

 

need help

That sounds like normal behaviour - even installing an update requires authentication back to Vegas Creative Software. It might be an idea to first go to My Products on My Account and de-activate any current VP16 activations, and then simply follow through the re-activation process with your new install.
