Sony email technical support

What's peoples opinion on Sony Software email technical support response time? I waited 16 days for sales to respond to my question.. and tec support is not much better.. probably the worst after sales support I've ever seen in a software product..

when done through 'my account' on the top of this forum i've found support to be quite responsive. but i always check there for replies as well.

I always do it through my account as well.. but I'm very disaponited with response times.. no one should have to wait weeks on a response..

somtimes helpfull but the fourms are much better and could be so much more if there was a way to tack your posts and follow discussions you have not posted in.
