sony movie studio 13

I got this email from Sony offering studio 13 for 37.95, when the confirmation came back the cost was 59.95, besides shipping this cd was 8.95. Which was to take a week from where ever. This does not sit well. Of course talking to a live person is impossible especially on Sat. Sony needs to straighten up.

Have you tried contacting Sony with this complaint? This is a user to user forum.

Also, have you looked at the direct download rather than the shipped boxed set of the program? The download is always considerably cheaper.

Some forum users have actually reported that they are not getting the right special upgrade offer price. See this thread if you can find some help there.
Btw, if you're after the basic version of Movie Studio 13, I'd recommend you consider the Platinum version instead. The basic version seems rather... basic. If you need basic, the Platinum has Simple Edit Mode as well as Advanced Edit Mode.
