I just purchased the subscription for V19 pro. When I try and use text to speech or speech to text for that matter a message comes up saying, " The text to speech feature requires a Vegas 365 license". Anyone know what I might have done wrong. thanks
Did you previously have the perpetual version? Are you still activated with the perpetual license? Perhaps deactivate it and then make sure you activate with the subscription license.
Good Grief... I thought I signed up and paid for the subscription but really I just purchased the perpetual. I had the subscription highlighted and although it said $7.79 a month when I went to pay for it I simply thought it charged me for an entire year. So... now how do I re-up for the subscription and not have to pay $7.79 a month on top of the $149 I already paid?
vkmast the link on deactivation, #13 says"13. Can I run more than 1 version of VEGAS Pro? Yes, you can run multiple versions (e.g. 12.0, 13.0, 14.0, 15.0) and in normal circumstances they will not interfere with each other. However, do not mix Steam and non-Steam editions of the same version.
@Stephen-Krauchick2812 by multiple versions the FAQ item #13 means e.g. versions 12, 13, 14, 15 installed and usable on the same device.
Item #9 says "You can use VEGAS Pro (14.0 and later) simultaneously on 2 devices. VEGAS Pro 365 can be used on 1 device at a time." This means you can use any perpetual (MAGIX) VEGAS Pro version (14 and later) on two of your devices simultaneously. I have currently e.g. all versions 14 to 20 installed and in use on two devices.
