@sothom-chea You can use always open source "whisper" to accomplish speech to text without 365 subscription. I have written a Vegas script to use whisper in Vegas.

Obviously you need to get yourself familiar with how to add a script (see the FAQ on the forum), and to install whisper itself which is the difficult part (requires considerate degree of install effort and install complexity - at least that was the situation a year ago, perhaps today there are more tutorials and even installers available).
