Problem:             Unmanaged Exception (0xc0000005)

Fault Address:   0x00007FFFD7040819

Have you worked through this.

Although Nick wrote it for Vegas Pro it also applies to Vegas Movie Studio.

I've tried all of the fixes that I can and none of them have worked.

I am using a Ryzen 1600 and a gtx 1070 if thats any help.

A little, but better for us trying to help you is that you exactly list here the hardware you are using, laptop/desktop, OS version, build nr. of VMS 14,driverversion used by the GTX 1070, a.s.o.

Actually build 148 was the latest build of VMS 14 Platinum. Any error report besides "Unmanaged"?

@sean-o0411 and @vkmast

Sorry, my mistake.
For looking at the buildnumber I opened in the hurry probably version VPro 14, that has that last build.
Sorry again 😔

So is there anything else i can do to fix this problem?

If you have any third party plugins deïnstall them first and after resetting try again to start Vegas. If it helps, start those one by one untill you find the one that gives the problem.
Does this not help you can install those again and my last possibility is to rename this locations also temporarily "C:\Program Files\VEGAS\VEGAS Pro 14.0\OFX Video Plug-Ins" and "C:\Program Files\Common Files\OFX\Plugins" and try again after a reset to start |Vegas.
If it does not help I have nothing more, maybe someone else.
