Startup error patch dead link

What's going on with Vegas 19?
If there was a better way to get people to leave, I'd love to know.
What would be better though would be a patch, not dead links, closed topics and dead ends.
If anyone knows what to do, other than ditch this once fine application, then please, please let me know.
This may be the last straw.

Good if you found a link that worked for you. But odd as the 651 Patch just downloaded OK here.
