Stock footage

MartinH wrote on 10/11/2021, 12:01 PM

Hi everyone,

Can you tell how i access the stock footage with a 365 subscription? I have logged in to vegas hub but nothing shows in the window and i can't see how to search for something. I have seached community and help file to no avail!

all it says in the help file is "VEGAS Hub explorer window for accessing VEGAS Prepare media collections and VEGAS Cloud."

Any help would be great.

Look for the Hub windows under view I believe.

View > Window > VEGAS Hub

Sorry - I guess I was not being clear! I can log into the hub so have used view > window> hub. All I get is a blank panel. How do I search or get content from the hub?

Many thanks 😊

Hi VKMast - thanks for the link. I followed it through and upgraded to V19 - However the Hub explorer is still bank even though I can log in (see attached image) so I don't think it is an account problem. What I am trying to find out is how I access Stock footage that comes with the Subscription licence. Do you have any advice for that?

Hello J-V - thank you for the little video - that really helped.

it seems I was not quite looking for the right thing. I was clicking on "Hub Explorer" and "Vegas Hub"!

Thanks!

@MartinH, be aware that once you download footage from VEGAS Content through the VEGAS Hub window that @j-v showed you in that video, that's when you'll need the VEGAS Hub Explorer window. The files you download will appear in that window under the VEGAS Content collection.

@gary-rebholz thanks for letting me know that - I will give it a try very soon!
