studio and pro on same computer

I gather Vegas Pro 10 and VMS10 Platinum work on the same computer. Does that include the DVDA Studio and Pro too ?

These programs are installed parallel, so you should have no problems.

Although, if you've got Pro, I can't imagine you'd have much use for the Studio version...

Thanks...probably so. Just wanted to make sure in case I find out during the trial period that I don't really need the Pro versions...:)

We had someone on the forums a few months ago who was teaching Vegas Studio but had Vegas Pro at home. He couldn't do anything to the student's files on Vegas Pro because the student couldn't open it again in VMS.

Yes...seems you got to take care.
From SCS KB:
Vegas Movie Studio project files (*.vf) will open in Vegas Pro.

Vegas Movie Studio will not open Vegas Pro files (*.veg).

Projects created in newer versions of Vegas (Movie Studio or Pro) will not open in older versions of the software.
