Something's wrong at the moment. VMS HD 11 Plat download trials link seems to get "moviestudiope11.0.283.dvda.exe"...(id 4763.1)
Or maybe they have combined them in trial now?
I installed the new build this morning. I uninstalled build 256 first. Don't know if that was necessary, but it wasn't a problem.
Help works fine.
I have 32-bit XP with the /3GB switch set in boot.ini. The exe file was already set up to see more than 2gb. The rest of the files in the patch list still need to be patched.
I just installed the new 283 build over my 256 build to see what happened (thinking I'd have to do the uninstall/reinstall process in the end) but everything seems fine including the help. So Sony seemed to get that right this time. Good for them!
The 64 bit fix did need to be reapplied to everything except the exe file like the previous post pointed out.
