How long I wait for someone to answer and is there direct mail for order support?
Call Customer Support or do a live chat. I had an issue with re-installation on a new computer last week and live chat got me fixed up in under two minutes.

Thursday to Sunday Live Chat closed, though...
If live chat doesn't work for you, contact Sony again via email. I had an upgrade installation issue and emailed for help. Got a response within 12 hours and a second response and solution to the problem again within 12 hours.
I know many on the Forum have had problems with support; I've had none, at least with installation problems.
