Received a reply today (8/24) about my ticket about not receiving my paid for V19edit license. They said it would still be a couple more days. They also sent still another email advertising updating for $119 ... $30 less than I paid for my 18+19 uograde.
You gotta love it in some respect. I know if they were speaking face to face, their "mother's" might suggest a different approach. Lol!
Why don't you cancel your upgrade bundle (18+19) and just buy Vegas 19 Edit through the upgrade option?

I only recommended buying from the update option because when I purchased 19 Post on the launch date I got all the codes within a few minutes.

I purchased thru one of their emails. Got the 18 license immediately, but 19 hadn't come out yet. Turns out I bought the V18+19 the day before V19 was released. I have only used the trial for V18, but I've been trying to contact support to cancel the order. You can only email them. Wish they had a phone number to actually talk to somebody.
I just now got an additional support ticket from Germany....a 2nd support response from support. I have contacted both locations now, trying to cancel my order from last week....the day before V19 was released. They are so slow to respond, I hope they will and I can still use the current offer good thru 8/24.

From past experiences I've seen those "Valid Thru Offers" go way past their initial deadlines. For instance, the jump for me from Vegas Post (2017) to Vegas Post Suite (2018) was done in October. Two months after the initial release and I was still receiving emails to upgrade at a discounted price.
It's true that in the past the special offers have been regularly extended/renewed. Check "Price Watch".
If you got the free update to 19 if you bought 18, you have both 18 and 19, yes? You paid for 2 versions of Vegas, yes? I would expect it to cost more than just getting 19.
I appreciate you keeping a lighthearted approach to this mess, a lot of people would be furious by now, and rightfully so. Hang in there, they'll get it sorted soon enough. I hope you enjoy 19 when you finally do get it.
As for the "$30 less than I paid" part, you also got a license to install 18 on 2 machines with your purchase, so that's technically 4 copies of VEGAS you are able to install vs. 2 for that extra $30.
You guys are right about having 18 and 19 that I can theoretically install on 4 machines total. Also, I was happy to upgrade for the $149 for Vegas edit 19. I've bought musical gear for over 50 years and almost always find it cheaper, later on at some point.
Now...all that said...
