Survey:Products that compliment your VEGAS PRO Workflow

Hello guys!

So, in 2020, I've resorted to make it one of my priorities to create educational videos covering the VEGAS ecosystem. VEGAS 6.0 was the software that first gave me my editing legs (so to speak) and I sort of see myself in a position where I want to give back now.

What I'm particularly interested in stressing about is appropriate workflows. As much as I believe it to be its own pandora's box and subject to a lot of debate, I'm still interested in pursuing it from that angle given my material.

But before I do that, I wanted to survey you folks - professionals and hobbyist alike - as to what software you use in tandem with VEGAS outside its ecosystem. In this particular case, image editing/composition.

So I made this simple three question survey:

Would appreciate your time.

If you feel that the survey lacks what you'd like to share, feel free to share it here :D

What I'm liking the most about Vegas is the idea of not having to go outside of Vegas per se. I know with Adobe products you've got a suite of programs that seem to interface nicely with each other, but for Vegas, I like that I'd not have to round trip and do everything in Vegas itself. I only occasionally go out of Vegas, maybe into Hit Film to do a certain effect, then bring in as a .png sequence. Also PS for some graphics and things like that. I thought Vegas POST might be good but for me, since I already have Hit Film, I don't see the need for it.

@karma17 I"m in the same shoes myself. I'm actually curious how VEGAS Post will update relative to Hitfilm's sequel versions.

I mean, no doubt, it'll have FXhome's native effects but I wonder if MAGIX will consider integrating outside effects the same way that Fxhome did with Mocha, where as one has an actual competitive advantage.
