System crashes

Any advice on the system crashing when trying to add media. I can add up to 20 minutes of video, then it crashes. I will add some after if it lets me, but you cannot view the video, but you can hear sound. Any advice? I have plenty of memory available and ran the update yesterday. I deleted the program and reinstalled, but it still does it. I've cleared the cache also.
Thanks,

Hi dustmeier,

What specs are your videos, codec, wrapper, Mediainfo (text mode) would be helpful. Also some information about your system, including Movie Studio version, project properties, etc.

As George says, get MediaInfo.
