Ok I bought the Acid program a couple of years ago and was actually getting pretty good with it. then my drummer convinced me to try Lenyx which isnt compaptible and I lost it. We finally got the studio computer converted back to windows but when I try to Re-upload the program it doesnt recognize the purchase key. I paid good money for it and it has never been on any other IP address then this one. How do I get it back?

Once you understand the software and how to get it to do what you want it is great. But, I paid almost $80 bucks for it new. Don,t tell me that I hae to buy it again.

Two things:

1/ This forum is not Technical Support, it is a public user forum for Vegas products and no-one on the forum can access your purchase details; and

2/ Acid is a MAGIX product and its forum is on MAGIX's website at https://www.magix.info/us/audio-forum/acid/

A llink to MAGIX Support is also available on that website via https://www.magix.info/us/support/acid-pro--2/ Scroll down to the bottom of this page for "Contact Support".
