Transfering Licesnse to new computer

I'm considering buying VEGAS PRO 17, but want to get a new computer in the near future. If I activate the license and install it on my current computer, will I be able to also install it onto the new computer with the same license?

I currently have Sony Vegas Pro 13 on my desktop and will be receiving my new computer in a few days and want to install it and upgrade to 17 on the new desktop. My current product (Sony Vegas Pro 13) is not listed in my product list. How can I get this done?
