I'm going insane trying to install vegas pro 11 on my new computer.

Literally using the stuff in my MAGIX account and can't use register online because apparently there is no server to connect to O.o

so I'm trying to get the authentication code, again through MAGIX and I'm assuming just put in the machine ID.. nothing

What the f*ck am I supposed to do?? I can't get in touch with any support person to give me this code
