Thank you for answering.

That is not the problem. The problem is when I go to use the Chrome Keyer on green and tick of the mask box the mask will not come up ...

I am going to try to send you a picture to better explain. on the left is where the box is to tick to bring up the mask but it stays green.

You completely bypassed the FX on top of the preview.

moonman wrote on 8/21/2021, 1:05 PM

Can you please explain that to me Marco and how I can correct it. Thanks a heap.

That button to the left of BEST is enabled. Turn it off.

moonman wrote on 8/21/2021, 2:46 PM

I'm afraid I don't see a button to the left of best, only an arrow on the right? Sorry

Thank you that worked. Now can you tell me how to get rid of the white lines :)

Former user wrote on 8/21/2021, 6:42 PM

Click the button with the Grid marks to the right of BEST.

vkmast wrote on 8/21/2021, 6:51 PM

Also, you might try clicking one of those arrows to see what it shows.

Former user wrote on 8/21/2021, 7:19 PM

to follow up on vkmast comment, it would be good to familiarize yourself with the many options before getting too far into a project. Read the manual and watch some videos online.

Thank you once again for your help. Doug T, I have been using this program for some time with no problems, obviously I did something by accident. I want to thank you to both of you, and for taking the time to help.
