Downloaded Movie Studio - unable to open registered trial version. Software hangs up at creating video plugin factory - any help on this ? Why is there not direct access to Vegas support ? How can I gauge the product and the support of Magix's version of what was a great Sony product ? Help would be appreciated. Thanks !
