Unable to open Vegas Movie Studio 11

Whenever I try to open Vegas Movie Studio 11, it generates an error saying that my system is low on memory and I needed to close other applications. But I had reasonable resources available on my system.

Kindly help!

Thanks for your reply

- Increased the paging file and after restart Vegas Movie pro application is still generating same error.

- GPU Hardware acceleration was not available in user's machine.
