So, there is a deal or what not going on to upgrade to Vegas Pro 16 till September 12, 2018 but was wondering is it possible to upgrade (VEGAS Pro 15) in the later future like will the option be there even after September 12, 2018? Just not sure.
I'm sure there will be further upgrade offers as has been the case previously.

Note that the upgrades are just new numbered versions. The "upgrade pricing" means it is available to you as an owner of a previous version at a lower price than the "new purchase". Unless they stop selling the product altogether, you will be able to "upgrade". Generally, they do that when the next numbered version comes out and the previous version(s) can be bought only from other sources.
