upgrade

I have a Vegas Pro 365 subscription and purchased the upgrade to the Vegas Post 20 subscription, but it appears that payment was taken for another year's subscription of VP 365 and payment for a year's subscription for Vegas Post 20. I only wanted to upgrade my VP 365 subscription to Vegas Post 365. What is the best route to take to correct this error? Your help will be appreciated.
