I got this offer in my email, and went to upgrade, but when I got to the checkout, it had the price at $199.00. I opened a ticket on 9/12, followed up on 9/18, 9/19, 9/23, 9/26, and 9/29, but have gotten no response.

Messaging them on their Facebook page several times also has gotten no response.

Does anyone have a suggestion on how to reach them on this? Is there a phone support number?
