In 2021, I purchased a Vegas Pro 18 license with the promise of a free upgrade to Vegas Pro 19. However, it has been four years, and I still have not received this upgrade. I noticed that the current version is Vegas Pro 22. Could you clarify what happened and guide me on how to request the promised upgrade?

Creo haber tenido la misma promesa, pero debido a los continuos bugs de la version 18 es que dejé de usar el MP18 por mucho tiempo, ahora no se que tipo de actualizaciones tiene esta version, sé que tiene una licencia ilimitada, pero no sé si con el tiempo ha habido otras mejoras que tendría que haber instalado.
