Upgraded to post

I have just upgraded to Vegas Post but the email I got said when Post 20 comes out they will let me know and send serial ...... why can't I use the Vegas post now ...... then when the 20 comes out update it.

Think I have made a mistake as I could be waiting a good while...... the email they sent said upgrade to post so I did....but cant use it until they say so......funny way of keeping customers..... I might cancel and go back to Prem pro.

I just looked and there is another page offering an upgrade to VEGAS Post Full stack production.....for £209 which is what I thought I was getting...... my upgrade was emailed to me for £188....... it's so confusing..... the VEGAS Post Full stack production is instant download and then it will update to Vegas 20......I would have paid the extra to get the instant download...... If I go for the instant download one I will have to pay again and then hope I get my other £188 back.

Did the email you got not say that "pre-order VEGAS Post 20"? My email also said that "with our continual delivery model, there will be more features coming that you'll get in free updates to VEGAS Post 20".

Didn't say anything about pre order ...... only time it told me was when I got the email saying I had paid .....thats when I was looking for new serial no.

I was referring to the pre-order offer email, not to the order confirmation email. Did you not get this?

Anyway, it's due soon. Hope you'll receive the activation details properly.

I have just upgraded to full stack Post for £129 and have got my new serial number ......I have cancelled my first order and hope to get my money back...lol... why are there so many diff offers????
