Upgrading From Sony Vegas Pro

I bought several versions of Sony Vegas Pro over the years. I have not used SonyVP in quite some time, but would like to upgrade to VP18. I am having trouble locating my old software boxes and don't have a working version on my PC since updating to Windows 10 -- so I don't know the best way to retrieve my serial numbers or any necessary registration info.

Is there any way to get help from Magix to see if I qualify for the current sale on upgrades? I have not been able to find a direct link or email address to Magix Customer Support.

If your serial numbers are not in your MAGIX account > My products, please see this. (I just tested it again and my SCS S/Ns are still there.)
