Upgrading to POST, is Movie Expansion Pack Vol. 1 redundant?

Pretty much the title. I'm taking advantage of the discounted license and I'd like to know what all comes in the expansion pack. It's not super clear to me from the product description.

Clicking the link shows "what all comes in the expansion pack". We don't know what you now have and what would be redundant for you. Sorry about that.
