Yes, you probably need to use the support contact option in the link above. Any other option to get an upgrade offer

was not available e.g. for me. As things stand with MVMSP 14 ATM, I'm still considering though.

That link still only gives me an upgrade offer of MS13 Suite to MS13 Suite on clicking the upgrade button! I haven't tried buying a second copy to see what happens and whether I would actually get MS14.
