Use of SoundForge 14 License on Other Computer

I have VEGAS Pro 17 and I have SoundForge Pro 14. I am debating whether to upgrade to VP18 Edit or the "standard" VP18 version that now includes the upcoming Prepare and SF Pro 14.
If I know that I can use the 2-computer license for this "extra" (to me) SF Pro 14 on additional computers that will NOT have VP18 on them, then I will choose the "standard" VP18 upgrade option.
Does anyone know the rules on these licenses for such use?

Magix versions of SF can be activated on two PCs simultaneously like VP.
If third is needed, one of the two originals would need to be deactivated.
The above does not apply to '365' subscription versions which can only be on one PC,

BTW I got a question, if I upgrade from Vegas edit 15 to vegas pro 18 , SoundForge Pro 14 comes with this to use inside vegas or I need to purchase it separately?

I really apreciate this 18 version, very well done to have more audio opptions and this soundforge integration sounds really nice. You now only need to add MIDI composition capabilities, but this soundforge movement has been very apropiate.

Also I am using an ancient Q6600 and a AMD RX460 to edit video with no problem with the 18 demo.

Congratulations to the software team for this version.

Sound Forge is a separate application and can be used independently. It can be integrated into Vegas as an audio editor. For instance, right-clicking an audio event in VP has the option to open the event's file, or create a copy of the event in a new file to edit in SF, the new file/event is automatically inserted in VP over the top of the original as a 'Take' ,, which btw can be toggled back and forth with the 'T' key.

This is great to know. Since I will have two paid licenses of SFPro 14, and each license can be used on a maximum two computers simultaneously, then I can have a total of four computers with SFPro 14 without having to de-activate/re-activate. I will purchase the upgrade to VP 18, rather than the "Edit" package.
Since I already have Boris Continuum, I won't get the "Suite" package.
