My subscription was renewed but my computer could not make connection to renew my license. My IT dept. tried all they knew and nothing. So we deleted vegas and reinstalled...which installed Vegas 20 and all that bundles with it. I still can't renew my license and also can't activate the Boris FX Primatte add-on that came with it. Boris says to contact Magix. They want an activation key...I only received an invoice from Magix, no email with a key. What could be keeping me from my license and how do I get an activation key for Boris?
