Back on the 30 July I paid for the Vegas upgrade of 2 for 1 pay for 19 and get 20 when released.

How and when will I get the new version?

When the new version is released, you will receive an email
with your serial number and instructions for downloading.
Please keep an eye on your spam folder around this time
to make sure you don't miss the email.

I am still waiting for the Version 20 update email.
