I get an error code: -5 error. After I click OK, it says an error occurred starting VEGAS Pro. There is no license to use this software. How do I enter the key? I know there is a prompt that pops up but it not doing it and I don't know where to put in my key.
One more thing, for some reason when I go to www.vegascreativesoftware.com the website doesn't load for me. It says DNS address could not be found. I have been wanting to upgrade to VEGAS 20 since I got the email.
@JD104 No problem accessing the website from here (England). Have you tried another browser?
Have you done a search on the forum for error -5?
EDIT - Are you sure it's error code -5? I can't find any reference to this error code on the forum or Vegas Creative Software support.
Okay, I redownloaded and reinstalled after restarting my pc. Now it actually works and lets me activate. The website in the other hand is still not loading for me, I am using Brave browser, tried edge and firefox. None of them work and kept giving me DNS not found.
I use brave browser all the time and can access Magix login with no problem.
