Vegas goes very slow when I open event pan crop

I was a regular user of the Sony Vegas 13 and it ran like a well oiled clock. But after moving for vegas 15 pro I noticed an incredible slowdown on all processes. Example: all movie transitions start to lag on the preview window (basic fade transition when you mix 2 segments of a video) and when I open Event Pan Crop window it goes slower than ever. It seems like my computer is way slower than it really is. or maybe I need to upgrade my gear? I dont think so but please let me know.

Right now I use a Gefortce GTX 980 Ti with drivers updated to latest, core i7 2600 at 3.40GHz and 16 gb of RAM on win10. what could be the problem?

Have you updated and tried the latest build?

I notice the difference as well. It is slightly better in the build 321 (at least Vegas not slowing down even more when opened for a long time), but it is still slower than VP13.

I mean the pan/crop popup itself opened more slowly in VP15 when I click on pan/crop button (the same project, the same event). For me it looks like the framework that is used for new VP UI is just not as was as it used to be.

I do not know about VP14 as I do not have it.
