Vegas Hub Login not working

I purchased Vegas Pro Post 21 about a month ago. It worked fine, and after I entered my initial registration, it automatically logged into Vegas Hub, allowing me to use text-to-speech. However, after I updated to Vegas Pro 22, the hub stopped working. I am now presented with the "you need to Log into the Hub window" and select my email address, which is listed. Then, the program goes into Never Never Land and eventually dumps me back to the window that says I need to log in. I went online and could not log into my account at MAGIX or the Vegas Video website. I am under a deadline and need this to work. I need a resolution tonight!

Right now, the HUB is working for me and I can log into my Magix account.

I'm having trouble accessing the website to access my purchase history, downloads, and serial numbers. I've tried to reset my password, but I'm not receiving the email link. It still seems like there might be an issue with their site. When I try to log in via Vegas Hub, I get a login selection with my email address. I click my email and get a circle of death with a login screen and the eternal circle. After 5 minutes, I get dropped back to the "The feature is available after you log in" window.

I need to contact customer support, but I can't log in because of the login issue. Does anyone have a good phone number for direct customer contact?

I can't answer for your internet connections. I suggest you try another computer in possibly another location. I am here in EU and have fiber optic internet connection.

I just logged into my account. The Hub is working too.

Vegas does nothing to adjust your internet or IP settings on your computer. It would access the internet just like any other piece of software that you have.

@Greg-Lee you could try Online Live Chat. Advice here. It seems to be available as I write this. But I assume you can't access the website either?
