Vegas is NOT downloading

I have downloaded everything you can imagine that should make Vegas Pro to work and it is NOT downloading no matter what I do.

Support is not helping whatsoever.

I bought the software for "Vegas Pro Suite 21" and followed all steps in the booklet to the point of the email, but clicking the link in the email does NOTHING.

It starts downloading, then errors out like nuts with the "VEGAS Pro 21" part.

PLEASE HELP!

If you bought Vegas Pro Suite 21 since the end of July, it is most unlikely that it was bought from MAGIX as VP21 ceased to be sold by MAGIX once Vegas Pro 22 was released (on 30 July I believe). With that in mind, from which company did you purchase Vegas Pro 21 and when?

Also, what is the booklet to which you referred and where did it come from (e.g. by mail)?

Also, what exactly are the error messages that you are getting? Maybe take a screenshot of the error screens and post them here on this forum thread.

SSorry if this is the wrong way to reply to you I don't know how this works but basically it was ordered on Amazon like a month ago. It came with the physical disk that's the booklet I'm talking about the disc you put into the computer and then you followed the instructions in the booklet.
