@Dexcon I know, I can put upgrade to cart and continue to payment, but I am afraid to buy it, because there is no more information if I have upgradable product or not. I dont want to buy upgrade for 199$ and after that system can tell me that I cant use it. :/

You should be able to upgrade to a VEGAS 19 version with a special Upgrade pricing if your VMS 15 P serial number has not been previously used for upgrading. Use the process @Dexcon mentions.

(Click "Information regarding the upgrade" to see "You can upgrade at a reduced price with a previous version or other authorized product. Please have your login details or serial number ready.")

If the purchase/upgrade process for Vegas Pro 19 on MAGIX's website offers a specific upgrade price based on your recorded ownership of VMS15, why on earth do you think that you wouldn't be able to use it?
